Shipping policy

Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Tracking: Customers receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for quick resolution.

Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Free return shipping is provided.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, minus the restocking fee.
Exclusions: No “final sale” items; all products are eligible for return unless otherwise specified.
